How to do a hard reset and soft reset on the Blackberry


Do a reset or restart the Blackberry mobile phones can be done when the blackberries are having problems hardware / software, do not get a signal, install a new application, or after upgrading the operating system BB.

After resetting the Blackberry is usually a problem - this problem will be solved. BB reset process will make the total dead load and reload the operating system and applications running on BlackBerry.

There are two ways to restart / reset the BB, which is "hard reset" and "soft reset".
How to do a hard reset on the Blackberry:

  1.  Remove the battery cover back cover
  2.  Remove the battery, wait a few seconds
  3.  Replace the battery, then the Blackberry will restart
How to do a soft reset on the Blackberry:

To perform a soft reset simply press the 3 button on your Blackberry Qwerty keyboard

Press and hold down the Alt key and press the right Shift key, with both buttons remain depressed end by pressing the Backspace / Delete key.

The display screen will die that indicates a soft reset has been successful, release the button and wait for the restart process is complete.
Note:

  •      Do not do a soft reset on the Blackberry mobile phone that features a SureType ® / SurePress as the type of Blackberry Pearl and Blackberry Storm.
  •      Soft reset can be performed in all types of Blackberry with Qwerty keyboard (Torch, Bold, Curve, Javelin, etc.)
  •      Restart (hard reset or soft reset) will not delete or alter data on the Blackberry.
  •      The process of reset / restart may take several minutes, and this is normal.
  •      It is recommended to do a soft reset / hard reset 3 days to keep your Blackberry remain responsive.
